Artform Condos is a mid-rise development by Emblem Developments, featuring 336 units across 17 stories. Prices are expected to start in the high $500,000s. The building will offer around 17,620 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

 

Located in the historic Cooksville area of Mississauga, Artform Condos is part of the area's revitalization and will benefit from the new Dundas Connects transit system and the upcoming Hurontario LRT, which connects to the Cooksville GO Station. Conveniently close to highways QEW, 401, and 403, residents can reach Downtown Toronto in under 30 minutes. The project, situated at 86 Dundas Street East, between Square One Shopping Centre and Port Credit, is expected to be completed in 2024.
